Laservue is a private center founded in 1993 by Dr. Marc Mullie and Dr. Gordon Balazsi, leading Canadian eye surgeons associated with Mc Gill University.

Laservue is 100% privately owned by Drs. Marc Mullie and Gordon Balazsi. They are world leaders in the use of Excimer Laser and have experience with PRK (photo-refractive keratectomy) since 1992, with Lasik (laser in-situ keratomileusis) since 1995 and with Zyoptix customized Wavefront Lasik since 2001.The most recent procedure is our High definition Lasik™ combined with our Safe Flap Lasik ™ with the Zeiss Mel-80 laser since 2005.

Our Laservue Canadian experience and results have also led to many innovations in the treatment of vision disorders. Our doctors lasik surgical expertise is in constant demand at international eye surgeon conferences or meetings with other Lasik specialists. Since 2002 Drs Mullie and Balazsi have been invited to present at the German Society of Eye Surgeons in Nurnberg, the International Society of Refractive Surgery in Orlando, the Canadian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery in Toronto, the VideoRefrattiva in Milan, Italy. They were recently invited to participate as expert panelists at the Laser Education and Development (LEAD) meeting in Barcelona, Spain and at the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS) in Munich, Germany.
